About Zachary Duprey Indiana

Zachary Duprey is an Indiana-based medical device regional manager supporting customers and physicians all over the Midwest in efforts to provide the best patient care possible. 

In a span of a few years, Zach has held a few positions within the company in a customer service Specialist role, where he delivered support to Indiana hospitals and healthcare facilities, to his current position as Regional Sales Manager, in which he manages sales teams and customers in Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and Kentucky.

Early Years

Zachary has a lifelong fascination with sports, beginning from his childhood years in Virginia. Hailing from a family of avid sports fans, he and his family frequently attended the games of their favorite local sports teams on the East Coast.

But Duprey was more than just a sports fan. He also actively participated in various school and community youth athletic programs growing up. He spent the majority of his young life running between various team practices or on the road for travel baseball tournaments. During high school, he found his true sports passion and decided to focus on football. He was a valued player in his school’s football team, playing Tight End and Linebacker positions for the William Monroe High School Dragons. 

Zachary’s Journey Through Sports

Zach Duprey’s accomplishments with the Dragons paved the way toward further achievements during his post-secondary education. His outstanding performance on the football field earned him a scholarship to Elon University, a Division 1 college in North Carolina. 

Zach was a NCAA four-year letter winner and after graduating he wanted to continue to give back to the game that offered him so many opportunities.

As a multi-sport athlete, Zachary Duprey witnessed firsthand how important training, nutrition, and preparation led to success in sports. He subsequently made it his mission to help others overcome the physical and mental demands of field athletics.

Zach took a significant step forward to achieving his dream in 2016 when he graduated from Elon with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport and Event Management. He minored in Exercise Sports Science, a field of study in which he had been fascinated since high school. 

Shortly after graduating, Zach Duprey was offered the position of Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for Football at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, a position that put his Sports Science education to good use. This was another major step in his journey toward helping other athletes achieve their goals in the weight room and on the playing field.

Career Shift Into Sales

In 2019, Zachary embarked on yet another stage in his life by pivoting toward a sales career. He relocated to Indiana and began working as an Onsite Specialist, where his background in coaching proved invaluable in forging relationships and providing education to healthcare facilities. This role involved assisting hospitals and their clinical teams to achieve sustainable operations while optimizing patient outcomes via the use of cutting-edge technology.

Zach Duprey was soon promoted to a Regional Associate Sales Representative position. His responsibilities included servicing equipment, supporting the clinical end users through in-servicing, and building a central regional database for efficient information distribution to field sales representatives across multiple states in the Midwest.

Shortly after, Zachary moved into a Sales Design and Consultant position supporting customers renovating or building operating rooms, emergency departments, Cath Labs, and various patient care spaces. A phenomenal experience that provided him with a different perspective in the industry. He would spend the next several years supporting the Indiana customers in this role.

Hobbies and Interests

Zach enjoys spending his free time outdoors with his family. He loves playing a few rounds of golf whenever the opportunity arises. He is also a very capable cook and enjoys smoking and curing meat as a hobby. 

Zachary Duprey is still a devoted football, baseball, and golf fan to this day- being a particularly close follower of the Chicago Bears, Chicago Cubs, and the PGA Tour. For the lifelong athlete and sports performance professional, sports remains his true and enduring passion.
